Altitude Wind Tunnel
A
wind tunnel in which the air pressure,
temperature,
and humidity can be varied to simulate conditions at different
altitudes.
In an altitude wind tunnel for testing engines, provision
is made for exchanging fresh air for exhaust-laden air during
operation.
