An annual publication of the U.S. Naval Observatory and H. M. Nautical Almanac Office, Royal Greenwich Observatory, listing the Greenwich hour angle and declination of various celestial bodies to a precision of 0.1 minute of arc at hourly intervals; time of sunrise, sunset, moonrise, moonset; and other astronomical information useful to navigators.
